Mode of Recruitment :

Selection process involves applying online for the Aadhaar Supervisor examination through the designated portal. After submission, an authorization request will be sent to the respective State Team for verification. Upon approval from the State Team, candidates will be allowed to appear for MCQ Based Aadhaar Supervisor exam.

Fee Structure :

  • A test fee of Rs.510.94 (Rs.433 + 18% GST) is to be paid through the online payment facility after successful application submission.
  • A retest fee of Rs.255.47 (Rs.216.50 + 18% GST) is applicable and must be paid online if required.
  • Additional bank charges may apply for using the online payment facility.
  • The retest fee is applicable only if the candidate fails or remains absent on the exam date.

How to Apply :

Candidates can apply for Aadhaar Operator/Supervisor and CELC Operator Certification Exam by following these steps carefully:

  1. Ensure all prerequisites are fulfilled before applying:
    • Registered mobile number in Aadhaar for OTP verification.
    • Latest photograph updated in Aadhaar within last 3 months.
    • Aadhaar number should not be blacklisted.
    • Minimum age must be 18 years.
    • Required educational qualification as per certification role.
    • Latest e-Aadhaar (with updated photograph) downloaded after 01-03-2019 or Aadhaar Letter.
    • Aadhaar XML file and Share Code available.
    • Read Certification Policy and test structure guidelines.
    • Valid UPI/Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking for fee payment.
  2. Fill the online application form with accurate details and upload required documents as per eligibility criteria.
  3. Select correct Agency Name and Code (Registrar/Enrolment Agency). Wrong selection will require waiting 30 days to re-apply.
  4. Upload educational/other certificates:
    • File types: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG
    • File size: 50 KB to 1 MB
    • Documents must be clearly visible and valid
  5. Verify all details carefully before final submission. No changes are allowed after submission.
  6. Update profile details on the registration portal using latest Aadhaar XML before submission. Do not update Aadhaar details until exam is completed, else certification may be cancelled.
  7. Pay application fee online:
    • Test Fee: Rs.510.94 (Rs.433 + 18% GST)

  8. Download and keep a copy of application/confirmation for future reference. No need to send printout to UIDAI.
